How to Make a Return or Exchange

Items purchased directly from our online store are eligible for returns or exchange in case they are not the same as described on the website. The financial responsibilities of the shipping are on the customers. A customer service representative will work with you to ensure the completion of your new order or to issue a refund. In case of exchange your new order will be shipped including a confirmation email of your new order within 5-10 business days after we’ve received back the item(s). In case of return you will be issued a refund including a confirmation email of the cancellation of your order within 5-10 business days after receiving the item(s) back.

• Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

• Returns must be postmarked for return within 14 days after the original delivery date to you.

• Custom engraved or personalized item(s) cannot be returned.
